Adding money!
Today for maths we did a money problem task made by student teachers from the university of auckland in the task we had to make the cent?dollar, decimal and written version the same next we had to use a number line to solve a money prblem In the numberline I skipped by 10s because it was too short to add on and so I left it like that next I had another money problem where I had to use the number line to slove the equations and finally I had to use the coins on the side to add up the number on the top of each bar this task was very fun and confusing but I liked it.
Ki o rahi diagram
This week for my create task we read a text called playing ki o rahi and then we had to make a diagram of the game, And ki o rahi is important to play in matariki day because you can play and spend time with family.
Fun things to do on matariki day video!
This week for are create task for reading we had to make a video of ourself and a partner talking about fun things you can do on matariki day and also facts about matariki day it was really fun and I enjoyed making this video.

Adding decimals!
Today for maths I practiced my decimals using a number line this task (activity) was made for us by student teachers from the university of auckland in the task we had to add decimals with the help of the number line it was very fun and interesting.

In the slides the number line was short of numbers and it didn't add up to why I had to highlight the box red but I did write the answer at the top thank you.
Writing Decimals!
Today for maths we had to do work from student teachers from the university of auckland for our task we had to fill in the blank bars with the decimal of the fraction and the fraction of the decimal this was really fun and easy to do.
Matariki Knowledge Building
This week for reading I read a text called celebrating matariki and then I had to write down what I know personaly about matariki day on the first box on the left and in the middle I had to write what I knew from the book and finally on the last box on the right I had to write down something new I learnt from the book which was not much but it was ok. This task was interesting and very easy to do and it was fun learning more about matariki day.

Understanding decimals
This week for maths I had to color in the decimat to illustrate the number shown at the top and then on the side I had to write down the fraction this maths task was really fun and made me learn fractions and decimals very well.
Reading scales, time tables and thermometers
This week for maths I had to read a train timetable and then write the awnsers to the questions on the 3rd slide then after that we had to play a game and then for the last slide we had time word problems it was confusing but also interesting learning this.
Ordering decimals
This week for maths I had to put these decimals from smallest to bigest this task was very easy and fun.
Watercycle animation
For this terms animation I had to make a video about how the watercycle works in the animation I drew all the steps of the watercycle then after that I wrote my script In my script I wrote down a paragraph of each step of the water cycle enjoy.
