WALT: use and respond to formal and informal greetings.
This week for te reo were learning about greetings in te reo and then we had to make a poster of greetings in te reo maori.

The Atmosphere

Today for inquiry we are learning about a new sphere the atmosphere I already knew alot about the atmosphere so this task was quite easy for me, we first had to write down what we already know about the atmosphere and after that we had to write down what we would like to learn and what we have found out and learned today and a few weeks ago it was really fun.

Properties of shapes

This week for maths we where learning about shapes the name of the shape, equal sides and angles and the order of rotational symmetry it was really fun and interesting to learn and I hope I carry this knoledge with me.

Today for another taha chalenge our theme was taha wairua we had to find a bible verse that was imporatant and special to us and put it in our google drawing.

The seeing hawk

This week for literacy I had to read a text called The seeking hawk it was very nice when we finished reading the whole text we had to awnser the questions that were given to us and we had to draw a kite of our own when we were done with that we moved on to the next thing which was looking for similes and metaphores in the text and putting them in our slides.

Taha chalenge: meditating

Today for another taha chalenge our theme was taha hinengaro which is mental health and emotions, we had to close our eyes and listento the music and nina's voice guiding us through the meditation and it was very quite and peacful in our classroom .

Kia ora

Today for te reo I learned new words in te reo maori all the words I learned is what I say everyday but in maori like ka kite see you later.
And on some slides I had to fill in speach bubbles with the correct words.

Taha chalenge: push ups

Today for another taha chalenge today the theme was taha tinana physical health we had to do push ups and see how many we could do in 1 minute so every one went on the floor in our own space so we are not close and touching and then our teacher started the timer and then we started, For some reason I was really disapointed in myself for only getting 1 proper push up butI also did 5 seal poses.

Memory poster

Today for inquiry we had to make a memory poster of anyone in our family I did my grandfather, To make our poster we had to write facts and memorys of them and put them in our google drawing.

Water cycle

Today for inquiry I had to write down a short sentence of what I already know about the water cycle then after that I had to work on my google drawing where I put the numbers of the names of the parts on the picture.

Codeing cody robots

This week for inquiry we did codeing we had to code eyes on mBlock and upload them on are codey robot I made my codey heart eyes comming down from the top left corner and then make it look like it made another heart for an eye.

Today for inquiry we learned about the water cycle for this task I had to put the bottons on a part of the picture that shows what it is doing to know which one is right the words where at the bottom it was really fun learning about Hydrosphere.

Genius Hour

Today in class we did genius when we could pick anything that was interesting to usand would want to learn more of.
I had to set a goal and I'd researched it and got my information I needed for my topic.

More Statictical graphing

For maths I had to finish of a slide I had to fill a number line using the numbers shown at the top in the green and red box and put them in the correct order then I had to look at different types of graphs and chose which one is better by writing 3 statements about it.

Today for literacy fiop I had to read sentences and describe each entence below including how long it is and how many clauses, and what type of sentence it is.

Today for literacy we read a text from a novel called kensukes kingdom and awnserd questions that where given to us. And then we also did crafting simple sentences by just changing one sentence in the start, end and middle.

Today for a taha chalenge I had to make a poster of meals or snacks that are healthy I had durring quarintine and write down the recipe at the bottom.

Today for maths we had to look at shapes and write down of the bottom of the shape if its Translation, Reflections, Rotations after that for translation I had to describe the movement of the shape seeing how shape 1 became shape 2.

Today for maths I had to Identify shapes and circle them by the shape and group there from and I got everything from the video we had to watch at the start of the slide that helped us through the slides.

Downriver

Today for literacy we read a texts called downriver about a person whos been sent to a boot camp where he is surronded by the outdoors. And we also worked again on are sentences by finishing of sentences by adding on to it. It was really fun.

Name reflections

Today for maths we had to write are names in capital letters big and put lines on the letters that are symmetrical and then we decorated it.
For my bonus activity I had to write if I think my whole name is symmetrical and that is a no my name is not symmetrical.

Today for literacy we read a text called All rivers flow to the sea and awnsered the questions which was what I learnd. I learned how aurthors make their structures to hook people in to their story or text.

Today for maths we where learning about reflections and lines of symmetry for our task we had to draw the other half of the shape on every slide and then we had to go back and see if there where any of the shapes have another line of symmetry.

This week for maths I had to find objects that where 3D and 2D shapes in my house or neighbor hood and take pictures of them for my scavenger and next to every photo I wrote what my object is and where I found it and finally what is the shape I hope you enjoy my scavenger hunt and I tried my best.
